      We were billed ******* for a move out clean. We were billed *****/ hour / person which was fine. Upon completion of the clean my husband discovered several items that were missed during the cleaning process. The owners only solution was to go back to the house and clean everything they didn't do for free. We were out of the house by that point and we're not comfortable letting her into the house without us since we were under contract to sell. I left her a review on ******** and she responded to me about how we were not working with her. She made several unfounded accusations about us, the sale of our house and our communication with her. She threatened to put a lien on our house even though we said nothing about not paying. We just wanted her to deduct the cost of my husband and I having to go back and clean the things she missed, which she was unwilling to do. We never got an apology just told we were miserable people who don't support small businesses. I have everything that she did and didn't do on camera because we still had high dollar electronics in our ********* have the screenshots from everything she wrote to me on ********. This owner is a bully and if you don't do exactly what she feels is appropriate she will attack you personally and try to gaslight you even when there is evidence to the contrary. I would not recommend this business under any circumstances. Before she took down all her ******** reviews there was another person she responded to in the same way after this person left her a poor review.
