    I ordered and paid for 2 fly rods off of *********************, owner of Livingston Rod Company in 2020. I received the 5 weight freshwater rod but due to a shortage of the ***************** needed for the 9 weight saltwater rod I told Dusty to keep me posted that I was patient and would weight. I have tried to contact ***** via email, testing and voice messages to find out status but I am receiving no replies to date. I will be sending a certified letter to try to get a response. This is so frustrating and disappointing. I own my own business and would never treat a client like this.

    I ordered a standard build fiberglass fly rod and 406 vintage fly line in early May of 2022. I paid in full on 5/11/2022, the sum of $679.00. It is now 10/29/22 and I have not received the merchandise. I have called Livingston ******* left voicemails, sent several text messages and never received a response. The owner of Livingston ****** has ghosted me. Once I made payment on 5/11/2022, I never heard from ********************* the owner of Livingston ****** again. I paid with my Citi Cards credit card of which I've been a member in good standing since **** and never disputed a charge until now. I've disputed this charge and to my dismay, ********** has ruled in favor of the merchant. In their disposition, ********** has said they made every attempt to resolve this issue but Livingston ****** refuses to issue a credit to my account. Citi Cards says I need to seek other means to resolve this matter. I come to BBB for help. Livingston ****** is fraudulent and will take your money and not deliver the merchandise. Please help! I will post this as my review. Thank you for your consideration.***********************

    I ordered a rod from Livingston ******* the end of April 2021. I was told the rod was complete and was sent an invoice June 19, 2021, which I paid immediately. A couple weeks went by and no rod has been delivered. On July 16, 2021, he said the rod would ship out; it never did. Last correspondence was July 29, 2021, which he asked for my address. The business is ignoring my messages. I would like a refund of $600.
