    PLEASE READ BEfORE PERCHASE We purchase a 2001 GMC ******** from this car lot. It was the worst experience I have ever been through buying Motor vehicle, especially paying cash! The total amount of the vehicle was 4500. It was advertised at 4500 cash price. We decided to take a 45 minute drive to ****** because the van was something that we were looking for our business! When we arrived, it was not the people that we were speaking to on ******** market but instead two Hispanic women !Neither one name We agreed to pay the $4500+ tax and license which came out to be $5518 we paid the $4500 and agreed to come back on or before May 1 of 2024! They made a sign, a contract agreement to repossess the vehicle if we do not pay! The remaining balance of $918.73.A week or so after paying for the vehicle, we decided to go down and speak to the management about paying off early, but we have some concerns about the contract tax and licensing ETC.. We waited 15 minutes or so for the manager to come ******* was his name short guy about 411 Hispanic and male! I immediately explained to him the situation to which had to be translate iin English but he told me a perfect English That if you do not pay the $918 I will come to Very next day and take your vehicle ! Then threaten to call the police on me! I must admit I became upset but not violent! Which any customer should and would feel disrespected, especially after paying 5500 for a vehicle! I couldnt deal with the situation any longer so I left. I reported back to the dealership 4/26/2024 to pay off the vehicle, Me and my wife entered the office the same two Hispanic females were there who sold me the vehicle! I paid the remaining balance by ***** which was provided to me!I also noted final payment. After we made the $918 payment final payment the manager ******* stated that we have to pay an extra $250 because we registered the vehicle early! Very unprofessional this company is a scam and we will be seeking help .
