      This auto body shop received a insurance check from my company, *************** for $4500 to complete repairs to my car. A check was dispersed in October of 2022 for over $4500 to ********************* on my car. As of current, my car has not been repaired or any improvements or repairs done to the car still as of today, and the car remains at the shop untouched. The insurance company was able to see the check had been cashed right after receiept of it in October. Numerous attempts to contact the company have been made by myself and insurance company and the car still has not been touched but the money has been used. The owner and mechanic, ******************************* will not fix car or return money to insurance company or myself. He will not contact any body back regarding this and I have not had possession of my vehicle since November since it was supposed to have been fixed.

      This vehicle was scheduled for repairs, but while the this customer was waiting to was waiting for her scheduled dating, she wrecked her vehicle again. Making the vehicle inoperable. We have been in contact with the insurance company. During this time the shop be Ame busy and now had to reschedule. Checks are always deposited when received. This customer has been very frustrating to work with because of issues that will not ne discussed on this platform. At this moment I am deciding how to go about repairing damage that has been damaged more in the same spot. The customer at the time of the second wreck had dropped her insurance and can not pay for the additional damage. We will repair the vehicle and never said we wouldnt.

      I am rejecting this response because: insurance was issued in October of 2022. Business have not been in contact with insurance company and orovisnlt damages were all agreed upon fixing and have not been resolved. I am going to have to move forward with a small claims court as I have not had any change in vehicle condition.

      As stated, there has been change of vehicle condition.. you wrecked it again. The vehicle will be repaired from the damages in the first wreck and we will leave the damage from the second wreck un repaired. ***** the bail bonds fee from the second wreck and all the drama from sleeping with the owner. We will contact you at the end of the month to discuss arrangements on how to pick up the vehicle after we have repaired the vehicle of the original damage.
