    I prepaid on April 6,2024 for 4 applications of fertilizer and weed control applications in the amount of $248.76. By May 28,2024 they had not responded to phone calls nor showed for any application so I secured service with someone else; I not only phoned but also emailed my intent to cancel but also requested a refund of my prepayment again. I spoke with owner ***************************** who assured me the refund would be forthcoming.. ByJune 6,2024 no refund had arrived; phoned and left a voicemail, again asking for my refund . No callback was received. I next sent a certified letter asking again for my refund. ********************* phoned, said"this is the first I've heard of this" and said he would take care of it. By June 21,2024 no check had beenreceived so I phoned again. This time he said he was busy; asked if there was someone else I could/should call to which he responded "no, just me and my wife". I backed this call with a lengthy email outlining all the details of my attempts to recover my money to date. If you are able to assist in any manner, I would appreciate it greatly! Thank you .... ***************************

    Hello,

    We did respond to a voicemail that was left with our office on 07/26. We called in on 07/30 at 3:13 MT time and left a voicemail letting you know that this was the first communication we had received in regard to this complaint. Never a prior email or phone call until 07/26. We also indicated that a check was sent back to ***** on 06/15/24. This check has been cashed and she has her money. We didn't know additional responses were required as we had issued the refund and called back into your offices. I would appreciate our account being updated back to a good standing as this has been resolved from our side. This is also the first email message we have seen in regards to this case.
