    Purchased a hat from this company in the early part of May and I have not received the product. Every time I ask the owner its always an excuse. Asked for a refund and she claims the hat has shipped but of course no product.

    The order is being refunded immediately per her request. Proof shown in attachments. She should have also received a confirmation via text as there is no email on her order. I have also reached out directly.

    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent order, placed on January 21st, totaling $60.75. Despite the assurances of timely processing, followed by repeated promises of shipment, I have yet to receive the items as of 3/3. the owner ******* email confirmations, emphasizing patience and acknowledging potential delays, do not excuse the lack of transparency and follow-through on their part. Despite my attempts to seek clarification on the status of my order, including multiple separate inquiries, I have been met with empty promises and unfulfilled commitments.******* communication on February 8th and February 23rd, assuring me of imminent shipment, has proven to be misleading and unacceptable. Furthermore, my requests for a refund, made on February 23rd and March 3rd, have been blatantly ignored.At this point, I no longer have any confidence in their ability to fulfill this order or provide satisfactory customer service. Therefore, I am formally requesting a full refund of $60.75 without delay. I have no desire to receive any items from your company, as the unprofessionalism and lack of responsiveness have tarnished my perception of the ******* expect prompt action to rectify this situation and process the refund immediately. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter further. Thank you kindly.
