Ive given this hospital far too many chances over the past 26 years. Each time I leave more frustrated, disrespected, and disheartened than the last. This isnt based on one bad day or one rude staff member its a consistent pattern of poor care, disorganization, and a complete lack of accountability.Every visit, whether for myself or a loved one, has involved unexplained actions, dismissive/ condescending staff, and a sense that no one really cares about whats going on. Ive experienced everything from misdiagnosis and lack of follow-up to rushed discharges with little to no explanation. Even basic communication is a struggle for this ************ would think over 26 years, something would improve but if anything, its gotten worse. On top of that, the hospital feels understaffed, the facility isnt well-maintained, and theres a clear lack of empathy from many of the people working there.Healthcare should never feel like a ******. Unfortunately, this hospital has made it clear time and again that they cannot be relied on for safe, compassionate, or even competent care. If you have any other option, take it. I wouldnt wish the experiences Ive had here on ********* addition to the poor care, the hospitals management is disorganized and seemingly unaccountable. Its clear theres a culture of passing blame rather than fixing problems. Multiple times Ive witnessed or experienced billing errors, confusing charges, and refusal to explain services that were never provided. Attempts to get clarity are met with defensiveness or flat-out avoidance, and it feels like transparency is the last priority.Policies seem to change on a whim, and staff often appear unaware of even basic protocols a reflection of poor training and leadership. At this point, its hard not to question whether some of these practices are intentionally deceptive, especially when patients are left in the dark while the hospital continues to profit from subpar care.
