  I was order to Scram dur to computer error , but till the erroe was discovered I had to have a montering pach . ***** did not at all follow any of ther own terms and conditions , they were to stay in touch with my attorney and it was only for 6 monthes , the state was to pay the amout but ***** refused some of my prescptrictions , and even said I had drugs in my blood , Dorzolamide HCL,Optimiss, and latanopost opthatmic solution. ( eye Drops so according to my attorney I had to pay an adition 5hundred and 50 Dollars . They kep me in fesr stating I may be arrested because the lab in kentucky did not approve CBD I went to the ***** office 2 times a week costing 70 dollars a visit , they put the patch on a cict I lanced as I ask them not to , and now in summer I get a bad rash where i I wore the patch. Their terms were tat thay stay in touch with my attorny but never happened . they enen told me to hife out in my home so if their is a warrent I can hide out . Ther restricted from giving advice. ***** Dit Not so ever follow there agreement9 Terms and conditions . Officer ******** was aware of the constant foul-**** I lost 40 pounds and had to live on 400 a month. So 98 monthes later the patch was no longer orderd and it was suposed to stop, but ***** refused to call my attorny and let them know , 9th month I was unaware I did not need patch any more nither was *****???? they **** ***************** till I was in tears . so I got charged an aditional 70 dollars , and sice I paid for it I instest the results be sent to me , they agreed and never sent anything i called and called , they got real rude. They also wer to send me all the reciepts for the 9 monthes . SNAP said if I can get them they will increase my snap ammount. I am 66 years old and have yet to suffer elderly abuse . presently I am seeking a dirmatoligest to comfirm the allegic reaction . I kep telling sCRAM my skin is sentive and *** getting bumps on my arrm exactly wher the patch was put, they continuied to ignore me, as in the terms if there is a alaegic reaction thay have to try another methed. So all chargers were dropped with good cause and I was injurd by a hit and run , the police trid to ram my door . I was in shock , he arrested me anyways . it was dropped because a drung cop puueled me over , and fell on my new window . The relocated him to Kalispel. He gat dui, then shot a man tring to comit suside , Logon ********. shot and killed an inncent man with out bodycam , it all over the news his name and MT will show ,. I know that BBB can not approach the law . thats not an option but ***** , make my life misserible durring all the shock and the 5 days in a horrble prisin like jaul where meth was passed around . Back To ***** , I Know They did ot sent the patches to Kentuy, mybe to Califorina , but kentucky, I call the office and they said no patch was ever sent to them . I just want my 9hundred and forty dollars back . If They compled with the conditions I would have to say courts fault but in fact ***** made mistate after misake . I also was my reciepts for 940 they promised to send , but did not

  Then They used the alised middle name ************** dui not use  , my name is **************************** , If not in your records than I was true my funds were embezzeled If SCRAM did not find my records thats a cler case of embezzelment .

  We reached out to the manufacturer of drug patches we use, Pharm Chem, and as previously reported, this is not our client.

  We believe he must be with Compliance Monitoring since they deal in Scram too. Please see provided email correspondence with the manufacturer

  I am not sure what complaint you requesting . If is ***** then all I can say is someome with scram is not telling the truth in monytana , and I found this ***** site as the only CEO , the Missulia will not give me their offical **** site and it not avalible . therfore the member in califoina needs to investagate why and how all my information is lost . I feel any one working with ***** would have made phone ****** to the Mon=tans ************** . so I leave it up To the only person me and my Friend found as the one to show my concerns with . It was obvily embezzeled . and ***** sould have equl concers . I am not repsponible for the falty **** site that in montan are out of date so I ask again . I feel a refund is my my faviour if the ***** in califouna is as respoibl as to not investagate .  I am not with ***** , I was do to computer error . I am witing for resoponce
