    This should be a ZERO and this company should be shut down! The "Certificate of Existence Request Form" they send out is unnecessary and a fraud to anyone who sends this company a *****. A company gets all they need the state of Montana Secretary of State.

    I applied for a new llc and found this in my mail box. AL Corporate Certificates Beltline rd Decatur AL.Wanting $90.05 for a certificate You have one step left in order to buy your optional ceritificate of exitence.So on and So on a bunch of bullcrap. This letter can lead you to believe you need this certificate may be required to obtain loans or renew business licenses.Some bull about the Alabama Secretary of State official seal on the certificate. Blah Blah Blah.Return a check or money order in the enclosed envelope and mail it to them. Ha Ha. Bullcrap Please do not fall for this scam

    This business is a scam. They are trying to sell you a certificate for over $70.00 that you can get from the Secretary of State for $5.00.
