    On 11-8-24 I placed an online order for two items from Big Sky Canvas. I received a confirmation for order#**** and it was charged to my credit card. The confirmation email stated that I would be notified when items ship. I never received a notification that the items shipped. On 12-25-24 I placed a follow-up email to check on the status of my items and never got a response. I would like the items or a refund.

    I ordered a 14x16 tent frame August 9th 2023 and have yet to receive the frame or a refund. I have contacted big sky canvas multiple times by email and phone getting the same response every time.

    I ordered a wall tent June 6,2023 for the amount of $2481.7 the website said 3-4 weeks for product to be shipped. I have emailed multiple time (6/29/23, 7/23/23, 7/25/23, 8/8/23, 8/27/23, 10/4/23, 10/17/23 and 1/30/24) getting one promise after another and still have not received my order. I emailed about a week ago and have not heard a word since. My husband and I dont make a lot of money and need a refund so that we can order a wall tent from a different company. My husband needs this for his job.

    Bought a tent for over 1000$ in february of 2022. 2-3 week lead time. As the weeks rolled on I continued asking about it but was being told that there were various delays. Finally after months and months I canceled and asked for a refund. I got a few responses but then all communicating stopped. Ive been emailing and calling all to no avail and they wont refund any money. Losing the money is bad but I lost any of business because of them leaving me on about delivery.
