  If you have your oil changed pull your dipstick and check the level before you leave the dealership. Changed my oil twice, the first time oil didnt even show on the dipstick, second time, barely touched the bottom. Both times they stated it had adequate oil. ****************** states the level should be in the middle of the min and max **** but preferably closer to the max ****. Nothing like getting cheated out of a quart and a half of oil.

  Strongly advise buyers to search elsewhere for a car/truck purchase. They deceived me during my purchase of a truck and did not disclose the autobody work that was needed. After providing proof of their deception, they responded that is was inaccurate (simple bump replacement - was actually frame damage and frame replacement). The sales person even provided me pictures of a different truck and did not fully disclose all the issues. Their response was that the frame can be bent back in shape and repaired and the frame did not need to be replaced. I don't think so. Imagine the issues and risk with caring my family while towing. I waited 6 months after purchasing the truck, making payments. Finally got the truck and had in writing that they would conduct an inspection, address any issues, clean/detail, apply an interior/exterior protection. Upon picking up my the truck, 6 months later, I received a dirty truck, no oil change, windshield needs replaced due to bad wipers (couldn't even replace the wipers), empty gas tank, and the spare tire sitting in the bed of the truck. Unbelievable this is the level of service they provide... complete lack of service or care for their customers. I reported back tot eh Sales Manager, still no response weeks later. This place exhibits the horror stories of a used car salesman. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, I recommend going elsewhere. Your odds will be far better. At least you will get a clean vehicle and full gas tank.

  This is the WORST place you could try and get your truck fixed! Please read all the reviews before you go there! On march 2, 2023 I broke down in missoula,MT. Got my truck towed to lithia ****(biggest mistake I ever made). They told me they would check out my truck, first it was just a plug,then it something else, then something else. low and behold I needed a new engine! Well that about 3 weeks to find that out. I agreed, thinking of course they know what they are doing cause they are a **** Dealership! Plus my truck is a ***** From the beginning there were no phone calls from the service department, it was me constantly calling asking what's going on with my truck. When I finally got in touch with them they wanted to get me an engine from them and the cost was so high, and would have to wait about 3-4 weeks for it to come in. No thanks , I ordered my own engine . It was delivered in 3-4 days. Again I had to constantly call and ask about my truck when it would be done! When I called I was told on Monday, then Wednesday,then no phone calls from them for about 3-4 days , so I would have to call them back. Then I was told maybe next Thursday or Friday, this is still going on NOW and it's ***** 27,2023 . We don't even know when my truck will be done at this point. When I called other places I was told it would only take 20hours to replace the engine, wish I had read the reviews and towed my truck elsewhere!!!! This place doesn't care about the customers or how long you have to wait or financial situation. They price gauge, they don't call you back,and when you call the service manager he doesn't seem to care either! Please read all the reviews before going Lithia **** for anything going on with your vehicle!!!!! You won't be sorry! If I could leave less then a one star rating I would.
