      Very unprofessional, rude employees. I understand you have to put up with rude people, when you have someone calling and wanting to understand the bill you don't have to raise your voice and scream at them. So this is reason for.my rating

      The agents of Collection Bureau Services located in ********, ******* are the rudest and most inhumane Neanderthals that ever walked, rather, crawl through the slime of their demeaning positions in life. I give them five stars, as one was not enough to show my distain for their tactics and inhumane treatment of a person in debt. I am sure that they take great pride in the break room discussing how to **** their clients into paying their debts off. Never mind the children affected by their strong arm Ruzzian tactics, "let them eat cake" is their mantra. Sympathy and empathy are not in their corporate charter. I would venture to bet that they would like to return to the days of medieval debtors prisons with daily tortures and executions. May their future be bleak with hauntings of prior debtors whom passed away without a ***** to their estate.

      We understand we have a collection which we are working to pay off. We Also understand that for the month of July we paid around $200 because we knew for the month of June, we were not going to be able to make a payment due to other circumstances. I Called to arrange to make a Payment or Even two for the month of July. I Called today 7/12/2023 Fully aware I need to make a payment with NO problem. ******* Treated me poorly, she didn't ***** to me and kept speaking over me Trying to (threaten) me they have a judgment against us. I was so emotional and upset the way I was treated and had her send me to a manager. Left a message called back and got another Assoicate who I let know my plans for my payment. To most this isn't a big deal but to A family trying to pay off these medical bills it means a lot for someone to LISTEN. DO better when you hire and understand your customer DESERVE RESPECT and compassion.

      ******* was the rudest human I've had to speak to. EVER. I understand how collections works and she talked down to me the entire conversation after they garnished my entire bank account worth of money with no notice.

      whom Ms. ****** spoke was rather matter-fact with Ms. Cowart.  We realize
      she could have been more polite and will address the phone call and Ms.
      ******** concern with her.
