    I paid ***** ***** $500 deposit on March 28th, that was going towards our final payment which was paid on August 19th which amounted to $1350. The contracted total for the dj service and drone footage was $1850. Unfortunately, he did not provide drone coverage for this event which amounted to $450 that we paid for. I tried several times to contact him regarding a refund and to make it right. He will not respond and just ignores my messages. Hes done absolutely nothing to make this right.

    I was hired by **** ******** to provide DJ and ceremony coverage for her wedding on October 5 of this year at ************** in *****, *******. **** initially asked for my ultimate package and then decided to upgrade to our epic package which included ceremony and drone coverage, and I provided her with an updated contract back in the spring. Jade ***** and I had multiple communication about her plans for her reception on October 5 as far as music and the show plan for her event. I arrived at the event early on October 5 and set up for the ceremony and reception and then realize that I had forgotten to bring my drone For the event, I have no problem Jade for the drone coverage, but the price point that she has asked for is not the true amount for that as when we switch packages from Ultimate to epic it extended the amount of time I was at the facility and also included the ceremony which I should be compensated for. Both Jade and ***** both came up to me at the end of the event and thank me for doing a great job at their event. Jade went and posted negative commentary about me on a personal social media page that was dedicated to my sons and I thought it was very inappropriate on her part informed me that she has retained an attorney to take care of this misunderstanding between us and I have also communicated with an attorney friend who says that I need to hold off and wait till the BBB has come up with a resolution and to limit my communication with Jade until such time

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I am still not compensated for the amount of the drone coverage. I have no problem paying for the services provided but I do want the money back from the services that were not. The $1400 in the contract that was listed before, included the ceremony and coverage between 4:30-10:30pm. We left the venue at 10/10:30ish. So, the epic package that hes saying includes more, only included the drone footage that we did not receive. That totaled in an extra $450. Id like to know how much he amounts for drone coverage and receive that money back. Never did I say that I did not appreciate the other services that were provided, I am only wanting to resolve the issues with the service that was not provided.
