    I have no idea where I made the call to, however, I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife. If arrived after Christmas, which I expected. However, I was excited to show her as the commercial which I saw on ******* made this item out to be very useful for the iPhone. This item was portrayed as a 200x zoom lens that could be used to take close up pictures. It showed outdoor photos of boats and wildlife. I thought, perfect, finally going to get her something she will like. When it finally arrived, I opened the box to use her brand-new MICROSCOPE which only takes pictures at a distance of 2mm from lens. You can imagine my disappointment; however, I knew I could return it as I had 30 days. WRONG. I attempted to return it, following Amazon policy to the letter, and I was met with nothing but walls. The excuse is, it's a third-party seller so they need to authorize the return. The web site states if the seller refuses to reply I can file a claim. I attempted to do that and was on the phone with an Amazon help center, 7 different calls, for over 2.5 hours. Each time I was met with the same scripted responses in very hard to hear and understand, broken English, and told the refund or return label was sent only to receive the same email stating they sent notice to the seller who could obviously give a rip. I WAS amazon's customer, not the seller they chose to do business with. We have canceled every account that we had tied to Amazon. Never AGAIN.
