    My husband hired Millennial Buildings to build a roof over our back porch. We live in an ************* and our neighbor has one and we needed it to be the same. My husband posted on ******** with a picture of our neighbors lean-to and asked if there was anyone who could build it. Millennial Buildings replied that they could do it, they came to our house 8/15/24 and sent us a quote for an 8ft x 8ft lean-to. We gave them a deposit for materials within a few days of signing the contract. They came and built the lean-to 8/28/24, when they finished and left they did not say anything to me or my husband about size changes from the estimate they gave us. After they left we took a better look at the structure, we noticed the trim on the top was not installed properly and my husband reached out to them 8/29/24. They said they would come by and take a look and fix it. By 9/6/24 they had not been by as far as we knew and my husband reached out again, they said they would be able to come by the next week and asked what our concerns we. We told them again that the trim was not installed properly and there was a portion of our siding near where they were working that seemed loose. My husband got a message from them 9/17/24 that they would be by our house 9/20/24 to ***** the problems we told them about, but they did not show up or reach out. On 9/24/24 we e-mailed them, screen shoots are attached as there is too much to continue in this section. Some extra info, the lean-to is not evenly spaced above the back door (close, but it is not), the porch or the ramp. All of this could have been avoided if they had just came by and fixed the trim, we would have never measured any of it and been semi content with the lean-to they built even tho it does not match the original picture of what we wanted. We have all ******** messages to send if needed, I did also attach the original lean-to requested, it has a strep off the porch, not a ramp.

    They have lied and changed their story multiple times. First they say they werent able to stop by, they dont reach out to us to try to reschedule, we had to reach out to them, that is not professional. Then they lie and say we werent home at some point but they didnt knock on our door, ring our doorbell, call or message to get ahold of us so I dont know why they assume we werent home. They arent taking a responsibility for their actions, they just lie and blame us. I dont trust them to come back and fix anything. Nothing is being accomplished.
