    Subject: ********************************** at Transport Equipment and Associated Costs To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor service I received at Transport Equipment in *******. My truck was experiencing issues, and under the assumption that Transport Equipment was a reputable dealer, I instructed my driver to take the vehicle there for diagnosis and repair.The shop began replacing multiple parts and diagnosing the issue over a prolonged 30-day period, during which my driver was forced to sleep in the truck, repeatedly told the vehicle would be fixed "tomorrow." Despite this delay, Transport Equipment racked up a bill of $12,600, yet failed to resolve the issue.They eventually transferred the truck to a third-party shop, 3Ds Garage, without my authorization. As you know, if a *********-authorized dealer cannot fix the truck, it raises doubts that an unaffiliated shop can. At 3D's Garage, bills continued to pile up, and they concluded that the *** provided by Transport Equipment was faulty and required a warranty process. A used *** was installed, but still did not solve the problem.After paying over $3,000 to 3D's Garage, the truck only functioned for a month before the engine failed entirely. This failure has devastated my business, and the incompetence and unauthorized actions of Transport Equipment have caused significant financial and emotional damage.I also suspect discriminatory treatment, as my driver is African American, and I belong to a minority community. It is disheartening that such mistreatment persists.I request ********* to investigate this matter, take corrective action, and ensure shops like Transport Equipment are held accountable. I deserve justice for the harm caused to my business.I look forward to a prompt response.

    These allegations from the customer regarding poor service and discrimination are entirely false. This engine had ******* miles on it and had several failed components. We replaced failed parts during this repair per the customers authorization. In fact, the customer supplied most of the parts for the repairs he authorized. In addition, this customer stole approximately $8,500.00 in parts and labor from ***. He drove off without paying them for their services. This person should be prosecuted for theft; however, from my research this appears to be a civil matter. Regarding discrimination, there was never one instance of discrimination from any employee of Transport Equipment.

    In summary, these allegations are false. All repairs made were authorized by the customer. He supplied the parts for the majority of repairs. His dealings with 3Ds are less than ethical and he still owes them approximately $8,500. I can provide supporting documents as evidence of proper diagnostics, repairs, and authorization for repairs if needed.
