    I was falsely accused of drinking out a flask when it was polo. I paid and gave a stripper a $2 as a payment for a lap dance. They then told me to leave. I want my $7 back and $2 ******** Bill. There was no due process.

    We received this complaint from BBB by a customer on 8/22/23.

    The customer should know that it is illegal to bring any drinks into a licensed premise by State Law.  It is impossible to pay a dancer only $2.00 for a lap dance since that service cost at a minimum of $20.00.  Dancers are not employees but Independent Contractors and that is a transaction between the customer and the dancer.  The $7.00 cover charge is for admittance to view dancers.  By the customers own admission they were viewing the dancer.  No refund will be made. 

    This is not the first time this customer has made accusations about policy.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
