    Eye exam on 6-16-2023 I paid $605 for just lens I had my own frame. Told it will take 3 weeks to be delivered it took 5 weeks. Received glasses on 7-24-2023. These are photo-grey lens that turn to sunglasses when you go outside. Excited put them on and went out to lunch with friends. My friends noticed the right lens was darker than the left lens. The right lens was darker in the sunshine and doesn't clear all the way up when inside it has a brown tint all the time. I called their office on 7-25-2023explained my problem and was told ****** 1 would call me back. On 7-26-2023 ****** 1 left a message on my phone that I needed to learn to be patience and she would contact the lab. Two days later I called back and explained my problem again and was told ****** 1 would call me back that was at noon on Thursday. She didn't call back on Thursday or Friday. I need these lens fixed and ****** is avoiding me and the issue. I wear glasses 24/7 and need these to be right and I'm not sure how to get the issue solved.

    On my first visit I ordered 2 pairs of glasses @ $904 total I got a call that the one frame that I supplied was broken in the lab. I was told the metal was to old and it cracked. The frame wasn't metal it was plastic, when I asked if they were going to give me any money for the frame they said no since it was not their frame. I said well this pair was sun glasses so I guess I really didn't need it since the every day pair has phot-grey lenses. I was told no you didn't pay for that!! So the first pairs total was $408. I was refunded $236 and charged the $145 for the phot-grey lens and was told I would get them in 3 weeks. Well it took 5 weeks and like I said the two lenses are different colors and never clear up to clear when inside and the right one is darker than the left side. I would like Doctor **** to call me ************ since when I asked to speak to him I was told he was busy, on the phone or with a patient. ************ I want the lens replaced and to be compensated for my broken frame or all my money back so I can get them made somewhere else.
