We paid over $11k for a new hot water heater install, new floors, new roof and a cable opening in the slide wall. The date we picked up and paid was May 16th. We agreed upon a laminate sheet flooring for the very reason of the planks coming apart and not being good with the slides... He did not consult us before choosing the other product and installed it before telling us. He told us this is what they are using now even though he said this flooring wasn't great with slides prior and it was already starting to scratch the floor as soon as they put it in so he sold us some slide boards but it is still coming apart already in multiple spots. They left our travel home filthy with glue from the floors, mud all over the walls and sawdust and screws everywhere after they said they would clean it. When we got set up at our destination we found that 2 of our floor vent catchers were not reinstalled along with the button to our NEW just put in within the last year bathroom vent. He started to gaslight and say they weren't there when I know they were. We have been trying without no avail to have a conversation with this man and have him resolve it by just sending the missing pieces that were originally in here. He is beyond unprofessional and refusing to fix what he's done. The floors were over 2k themselves and it wasnt the product we agreed upon and its now becoming an issue only a month later.

The issue with flooring in a Rv is the temperature that the flooring sees. This extreme temperature differential limits what products are available. There are no sheet goods made any more that are rated for the temperature an RV floor has to endure. We installed the only temperature rated floor made for this application. The vents are the same vents that the guys removed. A switch was ordered and drop shipped directly to her. I don't make the flooring  we just install the best option for the application.

**** owner of Big Dog RV Services was supposed to turn an old trailer into a tiny home for me. **** asked for ****** to order the stuff for the inside of the trailer so he could order it then get started. **** was given the money and then never ordered the parts. **** never even started the tiny home. When asked about it **** got made and then blocked my number. He lied several times to me told me he had someone else answering the phone and wasn't getting the messages wich wasn't true. I asked **** for the receipts for the parts ordered and **** could not given them to me and said he never got invoices.

This is not true parts are here and work HAS begun on the conversion, but what is left out is that there is a balance of $25,000 that will be due when the house is converted. Deposits are required for all special ordered products regardless of the business the purpose of a non refundable deposit is to get there build going. So this tiny house conversion  is on schedule and parts are here so this is a malicious lie! And to add to this this build is going to be epic as its a two story version, we are super excited about this build so if the balance isn't paid when we complete it, we will have no trouble finding someone who will want this awesome build!

I went to Big Dog RV Services for a RV diagnosis and he did nothing. He plugged in a voltmeter in a 12V outlet and had me turn on lights but I'd already done that and said so. I wanted him to test the auxiliary battery but he couldn't as it's sealed and to test the auxiliary battery separator but he said he didn't need to and didn't even look at it. He did nothing I hadn't already done or already knew. I shouldn't have paid him as he gave me no information beyond "the battery works stuff works" which I already tested. He was rude, gruff and intimidating, which was why I gave him the cash and I got no receipt back even. I was just bamboozled. I'd like a refund.

I connected a two thousand dollar electrical system computer to the 12 volt outlet this machine will evaluate the entire system including the batteries  so the everything is working Was an exact diagnosis she asked for a complete electrical system analysis and that is what I gave her,  as far as the personal attacks about being rude anyone who knows me knows thats a lie. I took the entire hour telling her how to correct her issues and even gave her prices on what it would cost. I was helpful and virtuous with her and I had a female employee there the entire time I was talking to her

I am rejecting this response because:
The price of his supposedly expensive piece of equipment keeps getting higher. For the ****************** for ******** Protection, it was only in the hundreds of dollars. All he did was plug in a cheap voltmeter but that doesn't say what the actual battery voltage is. Besides, I have a Solar controller and an inverter/converter that tells me the same information. Also, he had me turn on lights and things to test whether they worked but I'd already done that! He did not even spend a whole hour with me and refused to look at the auxiliary battery separator and even told the ******* ********** of ******** Protection that ********************* garage had done that, but it is their policy to never touch anything not put in by *************. Also, he did not mention to me in person that there were no refunds and I don't read websites. I'd called him repeatedly to see what he was including in this so-called "diagnosis"and he refused to say -- just said come in and we'll take care of it. And he was intimidating and ****************

    Sincerely,
