    I sent in all of the required paperwork and passed the required test in November 2023. I waited along time to to start receiving work, but was never assigned any work or on-the-job training that is in my membership package. I have called several times, emailed them and posted all of my questions on the forums and still have not heard anything from them. The only response I got was IPIU saying that they do not make one-on-one phone calls. All I am looking for is the work that is promised from my membership package.

    On February 10, 2024, I submitted order #**** with $149.00 for the Professional Private Investigator Package. This package was advertised to come with many benefits to new members who join the Union. One of them was access to its PI Training ****** to study to take and pass the test for referral job assignments. I never gained access to the manual with the username and password they gave me. I inquired by their email ********************************* and called them several times only to be able to leave a message @ **************.They never returned my called or responded to my email. Their website (IPIU.com) went inactive as well. Please investigate this matter because I did initially receive an application package to send in my photo and application. The application also suggested that I consider a Lifetime Membership Plan for $999.00 packed with benefits. Im so glad I didnt. Please investigate this matter and let me know of your findings and what I should do now.

    I am already a licensed Private Investigator. This company seems like a scam. I paid with PayPal. They mailed out an application form. It contained nothing but paperwork I needed to fill out to obtain the PI badge + wallet + ID + Lifetime membership that I paid for in advance in full. I mailed back the application form CERTIFIED with tracking. The tracking number for that is: **** **** **** **** **** ** by USPS. I sent out emails on: May 19, June 6, June 17, July 2, August 2. NO RESPONSE. I filled out their contact us form on their website on: June 18, July 30 (estimated dates since I got no confirmation emails). NO RESPONSE. I called them on the phone: July 25, July 26, August 2. It always goes to voicemail and on 2 occasions I left voicemails. NO RESPONSE. I left a message on their official forum on: July 27, August 2. NO RESPONSE by any company representative. Furthermore, I would like to notify you that this company has been doing shady things to people for a long time. It is DOCUMENTED!
