    Awful business They intentionally hide fees. The billing company they use also does not keep records of financial transactions. We had withdrawals coming out every month and when we called to cancel the membership they could not cancel because they had no records of our payments even though they continued to draw money. We disputed with our bank and they found irregularities. We got some money back from our bank but not from Anytime Fitness. The manager said we would get fully reimbursed. Awful gym, awful company

    We responded to **************** told him if there was an error on the cancellation we would refund him. We provided proof of them using the gym by their keyfob logins daily which clearly shows they knew they were not cancelled. All agreements are emailed to all members upon signing up to the email address proved at that time. I provided proof of their memberships they told us they cancelled they didn't agree with the terms of the cancellation of the contract and were never told they couldn't cancel. **************** expected the gym to be spotless clean at 6 a.m. when he logged into the gym even during stormy days when our office hours are clearly put on the front door. We spend the first hour of hour days typically 11 a.m. cleaning the entire gym as a team.
