    Sidney Nails is the most unprofessional, unsanitary salon Ive ever been to. I went there today for a pedicure.The tech was rough with my toenails and his drill kept burning me. Id tell him that it ***** and he acted annoyed probably because he couldnt rush after I kept complaining. Im not a licensed nail tech, but I know that when a drill bit is hot it means the bit is wore out and needs to be replaced or the tech is applying too much pressure.As he was using a hand file to shape my toenails I realized how wore out it was on all its sides, which told me that hes used it on other clients before me. When he was done with my pedicure, he dunked the tools he used on my feet (nail clippers and cuticle nippers) into the water that my feet had just been soaking in for half an hour before putting them away in one of the drawers on his cart. GROSS. When do you think the last time those tools had been sterilized? Probably never. Can you imagine how detrimental the lack of sanitization could be to the health of a diabetic persons feet? (I know that my feet are clean, but what about the client before me?)THEN I got home and realized this tech got gel polish on the skin underneath my toenails, didnt clean it off and cured the polish. Was he trying to give me contact dermatitis? Because thats how you get contact dermatitis!This salon is very unsanitary!
