    On April 18, 2023 I ordered flowers through the ********* Funeral Homes website. The order was given to Wildwind Florist in ************, **. I ordered the floral arrangement to be delivered to ***************** in ************, **, for the funeral of my brother in law - ***********************************, on April 21, 2023. I was informed the flowers did not arrive for his funeral. On April 22nd I called the funeral home and they directed me to Wildwind Florist. I called the florist and received a very harsh and angry response to my inquire and she was too busy at the moment and I could call back later and she'd check her information. I called back April 24th, no answers, on the 26th, she told me she would have to go through her records and would have the information for me and I could call her back. On the 27th she gave me some information to check and again told me she would have to go through her records and would have the information for me. Each time I called I received a little different information than she had given to me previously. I called back today 5/2/23 and she was very unprofessional - angry and very harsh. No sign of any remorse that an order she had put together, was missing and she couldn't give me information on it. My account was charged $177.58 for this arrangement and I would appreciate my money back.

    I am terribly sorry that you are upset, but those flowers were delivered to the funeral at the time it was held. My business is not responsible if the flowers did not make it to the home after the service. When flowers are delivered for a funeral service I deliver them as an order requests and after that I am no longer responsible for the flowers. It is the churches responsibility once the service is over to make sure that the flowers are delt with as I do not stay for the services as I have a business to run. After several attempts to try and resolve this for her she was frustrated. Once again I am sorry that you are upset, but the flowers you asked after were delivered.

    I am rejecting this response because: the owner said she was assisted by a nun at the church and there are no nuns at St ***********************.  I believe they were delivered to the other church that has a school and nuns.  
    The flowers were never at the service, so its not a matter of them not making it to someones home.  They were not at the service.  
    I never received an order receipt from her. So have nothing to go by than the charge to my account.  She hasnt provided me with any records.
