    **** ********************** holds herself out as a Parenting Coordinator ("PC") for divorced persons. In October 2019, my former spouse and I retained **** ********************** as our PC under the terms of her PC agreement and the terms of my and my former spouse's written agreement, which states, "The parenting coordinator is meant to. . . resolve any parenting disputes between the parties." Ms. ********************** has in several instances neglected to deliver the agreed-upon services, citing various personal issues and ailments, and she has on multiple occasions failed to respond at all to service requests. In the last 12 months, she has repeatedly promised in writing to deliver services and then simply disappeared and not delivered. For example, she has promised to review various materials but has done nothing. She 'no showed' for a long-awaited pre-set conference call last December, and after her no show, she asked that I provide my request for services in writing. Then she failed to provide any of the services I requested in writing. Her office has provided incomplete invoices that fail to adequately reflect all work done and which fail to show my retainer balance. I requested an accurate invoice, and they did not provide one. I've asked several times for a refund of my retainer because Ms. ********************** is simply not completing her work, and she has refused to return it or account for it. I have asked when she intends to perform the contracted-for work, and she will not respond. It appears that she believes she is entitled to keep my money and provide no services due to her court appointment. However, that is not accurate. She was appointed to perform contracted-for services, and she has failed without explanation to perform the majority of those services for most of the last year. Ms. ********************** refuses to respond to my calls or emails, but has kept my money. Due to her dereliction of duty, our business relationship is irreparable. I would like my money back, so I can move on.
