      On several occasions over the last few years, I've made several purchases of rifle ammunition from Choice Ammunitions Corp in ****** *******, some of which has proven to be defective. I have made multiple attempts to get a resolution to this problem with them. I returned my entire orders ( at their request) for them to inspect. The owner ******************* has promised (via email) to return the ammo that I purchased and said he could not find any defects. Several months have gone by and they have not returned the ammo to me and will not return any calls or emails. I am out about $150. I just want my purchases returned. I am tire of reaching out to them...

      ****************** did not reply to my email dated 4/3/2022 when I gave him a number of options to remedy the situation. This occurrence happened due to no fault of Choice Ammunition and we suspect an obstruction in the firearm he was using. We thoroughly tested his ammunition and nothing was outside of specifications. 

       

      ****************** has used vulgar, personal attacks against both myself and our company. He has been issued a 100% refund and we consider the situation resolved and closed. It seems he is very eager to blast a small business on public domain over seemingly small issues as a cold plate of potatoes or slower than expected service from a restaurant clearly struggling with today's labor shortages.  

      We are thrilled to put him and this issue behind us.

      The statements **************** have made are false. Please see attached emails to him asking for nothing more than my original purchase be returned With an apology. 

      I will accept his refund as promised and hope to put this behind us.

      I am rejecting this response because: The business agreed to refund my original purchase. However it has not been received as promised.  

      As far as I'm concerned this issue HAS NOT BEEN resolved. I would like the BBB to show this as such.

      I am going to pursue other resolutions.

      This customer was sent two separate checks for this $182.14 refund-One on 8/27/22 #****** and the other on 9/21/22 #*****. He has now cashed the second check #***** and a stop payment has been made on the first check.

      We have attached a copy of the front and back of this processed refund check.
