      I had been living at ************ Plains for almost 6 years. Moved to a trailer park on Oct. of 23. Had the man come and disconnect my propane tank hose so I could move it to my new location. Asked the man several times... "with a witness present the whole time" how much it was gonna cost to move the tank... he said, I had not moved it since I got it and that there would be no deposit.After moving it to my new lot, I got sent a bill for moving my tank. Not only were I, and my friend LIED TO...., but the propane company threatened to lock me out of my tank so that I had NO HEAT and NO WAY TO COOK! In ******* , in the winter, utilities can not be shut off!

      We provided the requested service from the customer to relocate their tank across town to a new location. We are always transparent and up front about costs associated with our services. We only billed for 1 hour of time on a job that took 2.5 hours.

      I am rejecting this response because: This is a lie! I have a witness that was right there with me when I asked the dude if there was gonna be a charge, he said no cuz I have had the tank sitting for over a year and had never moved it. The dude told us both, several times... "There won`t be a charge"!!!
