    We paid this contractor up front for direct services and for subcontractors as they are a general contractor. The project schedule was constantly delayed. The contractor then told us that he didnt have the subcontractors required to complete the project. The contractor then did not return over $93,000 in deposits we made to them. The work they did do on our project all had to be redone by a different contractor because of poor quality and craftmanship. This contractor should not be allowed to business in MT or any other state. They should have their business license revoked.

    This matter has been addressed through my legal counsel.  The attached letter to ****************** attorney accurately reflects the events that occurred.  I have refunded ************** the sum of $47,785.60 and have opted not to collect the salvage from the property that I had originally given ************** a $40,000 reduction on demolition for.  We did everything we could to try to accommodate ************** despite his unreasonable timeframe, demands, and changes.  ****'s legitimately earned the funds ************** was charged.
