    *****,

It is very disappointing to read your complaint via this platform and your attempt to undermine the integrity of our business and personal character while we are still actively working to provide the quality work we set out to complete on your vintage **** At no point while your vehicle has been at our shop have we lied to you. When dealing with a vintage vehicle that has been modified by uncertified technicians prior to arriving at our shop we are often faced with proposing custom and comprehensive solutions. Sometimes this means sourcing vintage parts that are scarce (or no longer available from the manufacturer) and working with specialized vendors to ensure accurate, safe, and reliable parts are secured. When clients attempt to step into our process by reaching out to our vendors to micromanage a project we've been hired to fulfill, it undermines and prolongs our efforts to complete the job in an efficient way.

We stand behind our process and the quality of work we produce. When services are added to a project, when parts sources are eliminated, when working with a team of outside vendors who assist with services we don't provide, or when we are operating on misinformation regarding a vehicles history, timelines may adjust because two things we do not skimp on are the quality of work we provide and the safety of our clients. We will take the extra time to ensure that we deliver on the promises we make and the services we've been hired to complete. This does not mean we are lying, nor does it mean we aren't actively working on the project. We care deeply about our clients and each project we take on. We are saddened to hear you feel this way, and, going forward, hope you feel that you can reach out to us directly for any problems you may have so we can address them directly and more efficiently.

    Best,

    ***** Tuttle, Owner
