    ****** i would not recommend them at all. Sold me a truck with 7000 miles and check engine light came on 50 miles after, and has there 4 different times and now has been there 4 days still not fixed always going to be the next day . Not to mention they messed my paperwork up numerous times i spent 5 afternoons up there getting the run around even when asking for trade in back they would no do it even before signing any paperwork always had another way to sweeten the deal instead of giving my truck back seems that they knew this truck had problems and needed to push it off quick. Then did my paperwork with wrong bank so i had to come back once again (gave us a good deal on second car to make up for that). DONT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR IN SHOP RIGHT AFTER BUYING, sure would be nice to drive my truck that i bought after trading a perfectly fine truck in. I do give 5 Stars to Damie the salesman for doing everything he could to help me within his power thanks for everything you could do and did do, but i would give this dealership 0 stars if i could.

    1 Star I am absolutely appalled by my experience with Albemarle CDJR in Albemarle, **. During a live FaceTime call with my General Sales Manager, ***** (who is Black), an employee named ****** interjected with subtle racist remarks. This incident was not just a one-off lapseits emblematic of a deeply toxic work environment where Black employees are mischaracterized and mistreated. The dealerships customer service is woefully inadequate, and it appears that leadership not only tolerates but enables toxic masculinity. Disturbingly, there are even reports of employees posing as customers to post fake positive reviews in an effort to cover up this behavior.I regret spending $73,000 with them and urge anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle to consider other options. Trust me when I say DEI money is still green and just as valuabledont waste yours on this place.

    Top notch quality all around from salesman (********), to financing, to the owner (*****) to management had shopped around for a few weeks and my last stop was the best, like the say save the best for last, I bought myself the perfect car that fit my needs and was walked through everything, I ask a lot of questions, but it is amazing to not have questions, because they take care of you so well and explain everything before you commit to buying your car not just any car like most business that just about the sell inside of customer needs. Looking forward for March to buy my daughter her first car here as well, this is my to go dealership and will now be my families as well.

    I had a fantastic experience at this dealership! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car for me and my baby. The financing process was smooth and easy, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.
