    Call a food order in and went to pick up food was not ready. Had to offer a replacement meal because out of a particular meal. We waited 15 on replacement order, employees then realized the order was complete but had been sitting at register for 15 minutes and was cold at this point. Left with food , arrived at home realizing the food was cold and the order was completely wrong. Call back expressing my concern and was asked if I wanted a refund or replace the order, I expressed I wanted order replaced. Drove all the way back , but instead of redoing our order , confirmed with me wanted food replaced , again waited about 20 minutes , the manager brought us 25% of the original order. And mind you we have already paid for the meal going on almost an hour. We told manager we wanted what we paid for replaced. And we brought back the cold and soggy food back. Manager then sent someones from the kitchen who rudely said thats all they would replace. He then said no. So at this point I said then I want my money back. So at this point they had taken my money and not provided the meals/service!! We have been calling all day trying to reach the owner and the staff has refused to provide me with a number or email address to report this fraud/ theft of my money!!!
