    We werent even in our house a year when the ** stopped working completely. **** came out and advised he needed to order a part and would put the order in that day. Of course he didnt the office called us and said they needed to order the part putting us days back during a heat wave with a toddler in our house. Had **** ordered it when he said it wouldnt have taken as long to fix. Then when ******* came out he said the wrong part was ordered and had to go back to get it. He came back and fixed the **. Now they are trying to charge us over $600.00 for labor even though ******* said had they just cleaned the coil when they installed it, it could have been prevented. They said the part was under warranty, but not labor. If it broke in less than a year that is NOT our fault. Our neighbors house was built using the same company and theirs broke as well within 6 months of them living in their house. This company is the worst and the receptionist that works the phones is completely clueless. If you complain they say they need to have someone else call back, which they dont call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their product is trash and will break within months of install. So irritated.
