  I would not recommend anyone to use Carolina Construction Bros. There is a lack of integrity, and honesty with the project managers. Several problems derailed the completion of the project at the projected and promised timeline. The work completed lacks professional finishing. My newly installed floor pops up and down and has staples poking through the newly installed tile. The floor beneath the newly installed LVP feels soft when walking upon it. The shower caulking was completed with clear caulk when the shower walls were dirty. It was addressed by caulking over the clear caulk and after a few showers the caulk is peeling off. The new vanity countertop installed is covered in scratches and has several nicks in the surface. The floor in general in the bathroom is not level, I was cited warped walls for the reason why my floors are visibly not level. My floor was replaced because the original floor was soft near the bathtub, however now we have soft spots in places that we did not originally have. There was also an outright refusal by the district manager to put me in contact with his boss, the owner of the company. I had to dig for her contact on the internet. I will not be using this company again. Despite a 10% discount I am not satisfied with the performance of this company. The result is an unprofessional product. This company should not have a 5 star **************** rating or qualify for the A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, as the company produces questionable work.
