    We contracted with ******* ***** and paid for our move. Well they subcontracted with *** who showed up and immediately demanded $4000.00 to start the move and another $4000.00 on delivery. They showed up at 10:00 PM to deliver and set up. We were forced to accept delivery or go without our furniture. White ***** delivery which we paid for was not provided. To anyone do not use ************ or *******. We ended up paying over $20,000.00. Beware be very aware.

    Terrible costumer service!!!They do not answer the phone or return calls.Communication is very limited.Payment options are NOT explained!!!!I would NEVER suggest using this company ever.

    DO NOT use this moving company! Our move was a nightmare. Our charges were three times the estimate and we were forced to sign contract or this company would not deliver our furniture. We had to store our things for a month and 10 days. First month free but we had to pay $1600 for ten extra days. JVA would not prorate! Some of our boxes were opened and contents disturbed. Possessions missing! One of the movers stole $400 that was in an envelope on kitchen counter. They would not assemble or hang those items that needed this attention. Our son assembled the beds! They did not clean up and dispose of trash. Too many problems to enumerate, and cost of move was exorbitant!
