5 starsWe noticed a roof leak above our bay window about a month ago. It was the end of the week and the weather report was predicting heavy rain for the entire weekend. After calling another roofer who couldn't come by to give an assessment, we called On Tops. A representative came out and made and assessment. He said he would call a team member to come out that day after he completed another job. He said he couldn't promise they could complete the repair that day, but said they would at least be able to provide a temporary patch so that the roof wouldn't leak over the weekend during the predicted rain storm. Later that day, the team member arrived with a team of several people. They were able to completely fix the issue the same day and charged me a very reasonable price. Kudos for prompt response, clear communication, a timely repair, and for charging a reasonable price for the work. Very pleased.

This is the second house I have used On Tops for and they are consistent in professionalism, excellent quality of work, excellent communication about project status and expectations, timeliness, and a ******* with great project management and supervisory skills. The crew worked together efficiently and the clean up was as if they had never been here. ***** and ****** did a very detailed roof inspection report justifying damage to roof for my use in getting repair authorization and **** was a fantastic supervisor. 5 stars******* and the crew did an amazing job! The process of installing our new roof was amazing. When all said and done, I couldn't even tell the guys were here.
