      Will never recommend again. Have had great experiences until today. Bought a new trailer on Jan 19 which we put 60% cash down and when we got home, we noticed that the Jack was sitting funny. We thought that maybe the angle was intentionally like that for that specific jack however it turned out that it was not. My husband called east Coast Sales and was told to take the trailer back up there. At his earliest convenience, he did. He met the manager, *****, inside who was completely unprofessional and rude. ***** walked my husband out as he was trying to explain to him and show him pictures of the Jack/trailer. ***** shewed him away several times with his hand and repeatedly told him Bye. ***** also told my husband that he didn’t want my husband’s business despite my husband being a repeat customer. ******, however, took time out and tried to resolve the issue. As a matter of fact, after the mechanic came out there and pretty much told my husband that he was a liar yet gave fault to the welding job, ****** was persistent in trying to calm the situation and husband down and offered to do what he could for us. After leaving EastCoast Sales my husband called Bigfoot Trailers himself and got a resolution. Moments later, we got a text from ****** stating that Bigfoot Trailers was going to cover the fee to fix it there as well. However we will not be returning to this place for any more business.
