    Dear BBB,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with this company's services. I have had several problems with trash pickup service, including missed pickups and rude customer service.On September 15, 2023, your trash truck came down my street at 4:20 AM, during noise ordinance hours. I yelled at the driver to stop so he could pick up my trash, but he ignored me and kept driving.I called your customer service line at 5 AM to report the incident. I spoke to a woman named *********, who was extremely rude and dismissive. She refused to send someone back to pick up my trash, even though I had a video of the incident. She also threatened to call the city on **** am very disappointed with the way this company has handled this situation. I expect better from a company that provides essential services to our community.I demand that they immediately send someone back to pick up my trash. I also demand that you apologize for the rude and disrespectful behavior of your customer service representative.I have attached a snapshot from my Ring Camera Sincerely,*********************

    We responded to **************** email he sent directly to our company and emptied his garbage container at ****am on 9/15/23 prior to even receiving the message from the BBB. Please let me know if you need anything else from me. Thank you
