    On November 4, 2023, I took three children to Sky **** in ****, **. At the counter, I asked for a 90-minute jump pass for each child. I was told that they were running a special and it would actually be cheaper if I bought a monthly pass. I explicitly asked the employee if the membership was just for one month and he assured me that it was. I was sent an email with the membership numbers but NO INFORMATION about the agreement or renewal policy. Ive included this email. I was shocked when a month later in December I received an unauthorized charge on my credit card. I called and wrote the management, explaining that I did not agree to this and that I received no indication that I would be charged again when I handed my credit card to the employee at the desk in November, who assured me it was a pass for ONE MONTH. I explained that I had been misled and would like a refund for this and was repeatedly denied. This business deliberately misleads customers and even for those who are aware that it is a recurring charge, they make it unduly difficult to cancel. They send you no alert that your membership is renewing and they insist that you cancel 3 business days BEFORE they charge you. This practices of this business are unethical and predatory.

    **** sold a product holiday punch card that did not have an expiration date then refused to honor the punch card because it had arbitrarily expired, this was nowhere in writing on the product that had an expiration date and there was no expiration date listed when the product was purchased.
