    Better Dental did our dental cleanings on my family in January 2024. They did xrays on all of us to check our teeth. I was told that I need 3 teeth pulled, my crown to be taken out along with the tooth next to it for a bridge, 2 root canals on my front teeth along with a bunch of cavities. My son they said he had 2 cavities and my daughter 4 cavities. My husband was told similar to myself on what he needed to have done. I allowed Better Dental pull one tooth during a deep clean and they had a super hard time pulling it and got a bad sinus infection. I had to call multiple times to get antibiotics for the infection. I decided to get a 2ed opinion for myself and my kids. The 2ed opinion dentist said I had 5 cavities that just needed filling, my son doesn't have any cavities and my daughter has 2 cavities. I was told my better dental I need close to $32,000 worth of dental work done to my teeth and was willing to drill into my son mouth for what? I was told by a dental offices if you have a PPO insurance, dental office don't get paid for just regular cleanings they make their money off doing work to the teeth. Better Dental has amazing reviews which is why I chose the place. My experience isn't as what people have described. To say I am disappointed is a understatement.
