    Today I contacted the compliance team at Express labs and talked to **** . I was given all the time and got my questions answered. Most importantly , **** guided me and showed me how to be 100% compliant and what to do in case I got audited . I had some gaps that **** was able to correct me on and put me back into the right track . For people just starting their companies I would contact Express Labs and ask to speak to compliance team, they will educate you and show you the right way to be compliant . It's a lot to learn on your own. Once you talk to that team and see how much you need to know you will appreciate it . Good luck to you all

    I own a CDL School and put hundreds of students through our school a year. We have been with express labs for over 12 years. I deal with a ton of trucking companies and hear all kinds of nightmares they have with other drug testing companies I tell everyone to go with express labs, you will never find a better company their portal is user friendly, and any time there is an issue or a question I email Mike and he responds with in minutes. Ive had several FMCSA audits and Mike was right there to help with anything I needed. You will never find a better company I guarantee it.

    I bought the three year membership 3/5/2025. I had a to schedule a pre-employment drug screening to be listed as a driver again since it has been over 30 days since I've been in a consortium. Using their site to order a PRE-EMPLOYMENT drug test at one of THEIR LOCATIONS I had what I needed for the drug test the following day. I also had scheduled and booked an appointment at this drug testing facility before going. I get checked in and shortly after I'm advised that they can't do the test because it is requiring an observed test. In the parking lot I call Express Labs and the woman on the phone tells me that I should have first called the facility to make sure that they can do drug test. What??? Then she tells me that I also should have called to make sure that they can do observed tests. What the ****!!!! I've spent many years as a CDL driver with many drug test and never heard of such **. Then she says that I'll have to order another test once I find a location that can do an observed test. I hang up and immediately email their info email about this experience. At the same time I'm also locating another location for the observed test as I put in another order for one. I get to the next location and while I'm in the waiting room I receive an email stating that this consortium canceled. Then another email shows up stating that I'm being refunded. I didn't ask for any of this. What the hell! The only response to my original email was asking if I had ever had a violation with the ***** Clearinghouse? I replied no. We had several email exchanges following me being canceled which answered not a **** thing but only raised more questions. One email stated that observed testing is not allowed for DOT pre-employment drug screening. Of course I asked then why the h*** did I get a test requiring to be observed. I got no answer. They also claimed that this account didn't have a DOT#. My *** it didn't. I sent back a screenshot with it from their site.

    Given ******* *******'s hostility, his abusive behavior and language to our staff and to the collection site's staff and his refusal to comply with DOT regulations, Express Labs determined that we could no longer provide services to him. We issued a full refund to ******* ******* and provided a list of alternative consortiums. Note: ****** **** ******** LLC, ******* *******, was Refunded Prior to placing a BBB Complaint, which his only objective was to cause harm to Express Labs. As ou can see in his complaint itself, he used inflamatory langugue, which should not have been covered up since it showed that even in the compliant he was using foul language. I believe the entire complaint should be removed because Express Labs only objective was to assist the client and ******* ******* was not willing to take Customer Service's advice or the advice of the Collection Sites or ultimately my advice.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Don't complain. They cancel you without notice. I was "randomly selected" twice this year and we're only at the beginning of the fourth month in 2024. When I express my frustration, they cancelled me. ***************************** (National Compliance Manager) has zero customer service skills. As vice president of this company, I'm surprised he's still in business.

    Stay away from them, they kicked me out from consortium without any refund for complaining that i was charged twice for a drug test. **************** rep had zero customer service skills

    THEY CANCELED OUR MEMBERSHIP ONE YEAR BEFORE THE CONTRACT EXPIRED JUST FOR COMPLAINING. AS A COMPANY YOU MUST DO YOUR OWN WORK. THEY ONLY DO RAMDON AND ONLY THAT AND IF YOU CLAIM OR ASK, THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP FOR NO REASON. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONSORTIUM!

    Canceled my Membership stating we had a driver avoid drug screen searched are data base couldn't find any email sent stating he was up for a drug screen asked for proof couldn't provide any trying to speak with him wouldn't call or give me a number JUST A COMPLETE JOKE I WOULD ADVISE VERTICAL INDENTIY Luckily we work with more than 1 consortium we were in good standing and always have been I belive if your gonna make a accusation about someone's business you should at least show why or atleast talk to them......EITHER WAY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN LETS GO TRANSPORTS

    Lets Go Transport is not a current Client. Lets Go Transport's Membership Expired on July 7, 2022 and Express Labs did not offer a Renewal Option dur to Non-Compliance with Random Testing.
