If I could give a zero, I would. I paid **** to do my bathroom shower and color the existing grout on the floor. Mold and mildew were not removed from the shower and caulk began peeling off within days. I contacted him immediately and he came out and AGREED that is was a poor job and on that day AGREED to refund all of my money as it was not cost effective for him to redo the job. Several days later when I contacted him because I had not received my money - he refused any refund. This guy should not be in business. I'll be glad to share pics of his work. Truly terrible work and unethical

I used Grout Wizards and was extremely unhappy with one major issue. Josh (The Wizard) admitted that all of the caulk he used was defective as he purchased old material. He agreed to fix it! All of the caulk in 2 bathrooms and laundry room is yellow. This happened last fall (2021) and after numerous follow-up attempts in November, December, and January - I stopped trying - assuming he was out of business. He was scheduled to come on December 17th to remedy the situation - but then he ghosted me. Now it's August 2022 - and I see he is still in business but he has YET to contact me - even after he promised to return to re-caulk everything. Again - I assumed he was out of business until I saw some recent social media comments - so I felt compelled to offer my review.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m extremely disappointed in my experience with ****. He performed work in my master bathroom on May 13, 2022. I contacted him because my grout was disintegrating and he said it was an easy fix. Took him 2 days to complete the project. He told me it was under warranty. I have been contacting him since June 13, 2022 when I noticed the grout was having issues again. He told me it should not be having the same issues and that he would correct it. I sent photos. He has not responded to any texts, phone calls, or emails since June 15, 2022 (it’s now August). When I looked him up, turns out HE IS NOT LICENSED! I trusted the reviews on ******, hoping he would help me with this tile issue. Now I’m out the money, the tile is in even worse shape than before he started working on it, and I’m truly appalled by his “customer service” (or really, lack thereof.
