    6/24/2024, 7/1/2024 We paid *********************** ***** as an initial payment to get materials and to get started on our project. We hired him to close our downstairs living room as we are going to make it a bedroom. After he acted like he was an expert at all trades we asked him to paint our upstairs hallway. He started with painting the upstairs hallway. He got paint all over the ceiling, all over our carpets, and left unpainted spots all over the walls. We told him this needed to be fixed which he never did. We now need to hire someone else to correct his mess. He then hired a sub contractor to frame the down stairs living room. We then paid him another 1500$ . The framers put up the walls and offered to spackle, sand, and make the walls level but ***** insisted he could do it himself. We told ***** he needed to insulate the walls which he never relayed this message to the framers so the walls are not insulated. He left 1 inch gaps in the sheet rock and then tried to paint over it. He put globs of spackle and tape on the walls and then tried to paint over this without sanding. We told him this was incorrect and needed to be fixed. He cut the trim around the quarter round instead of making it flat and putting the quarter round over it. He told the framers to frame over an electrical box leaving wires and an outlet hanging out of a hole ( which we now have to hire an electrician to fix) Every job he started he did not finish and we now have to hire someone to fix the walls and an electrician to safely disconnect the outlet. We asked him for 1050$ back in which we had him come over and showed him everything that needed to be fixed. He said his framers could fix it but he told us we needed to pay for it from our own pocket. We asked him for the 1050$ to use for his framers and the electrician and then he ghosted us.
