    Im elderly man rare a lung disease who uses maximum vibrance to get protein and vitamins. I ordered this product May 15th and money deducted from my account immediately. Today is the 21st of May and Daily Vita refuse to answer my calls or text. Ive been a victim of identity theft twice and feel like Im living it all over again.

    Hello,

    This order has been received with address issue.  We have contacted the customer 2 times to ask to fix the error in the address, as it cannot be recognized by the mailing system. The customer replied with a new address, but it still not working.  Since the customer has lost the patience, we have already canceled this order and issue a full refund. Please note that all we have done is to ensure we ship the order to the correct address so that the customer can receive it safely.  If the address shows "invalid", we have to hold the order until the address issue is resolved, or we will cancel order to avoid the issue.  Thank you for understanding.

    three days ago they charged my credit card for an order they claim to have shipped, but they still have get to give the shipment to *****

    I purchased 6 packs of ginseng on November 26th, and according to their promotion, there should be corresponding gift packaging. However, I did not receive it. I attempted to communicate with them on November 30th, requesting the gift box to be delivered, but they did not respond. Therefore, I am requesting a partial refund for the overcharged amount $180.62-156.83=23.79.

    For some reason, the coupon code wasnt applied properly when you checked out for order #*********, even though it was showing earlier in your shopping cart. But dont worry, Yueqi.  we can certainly apply the missing coupon code manually and refund the promotion value for your order.  The refund of $23.79  ($180.62-$156.83=$23.79) has already been applied to the original payment method of your order.  Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to be reflected on your account.
