    A/C In Room 423 Is Not Working Properly And Is Not Blowing Cold. I Spoke directly with maintenance man, An Older Black Gentleman, on Friday 7/15 and he assured me he would come fix A/C. The maintenance man never came to fix the A/C, but he had time to hang out in the parking lot, drinking and singing Loudly Boyz 2 Men With His Boy Friends that night. We also told the office on Friday night 7/15 about the A/C, the office contacted the maintenance man and he then advised he couldnt get to it until the next morning (Saturday). After following up twice with the office on Saturday they advised that theres nothing that can be done because the maintenance man cannot go over his hours. These people are playing games, the maintenance man is an old drunk/ addict living at the hotel. This is a safety hazard as it is mid summer and very hot, something needs to be done about this. I would like contact from corporate.

    Booked a for 17th-20th we checked out the 18th around three am. The taff didn't check us out until the 20th and is refusing to refund. They stated we left the room in a disarray. However, we brought our own blankets, didn't use the hotel amenities because they were filled with roaches

    While staying at Woodsprings suites in **** ,as of February 17 there has been NO hot water for 14 plus days.The hotel has been at 95% capacity or more for those 2 weeks and everyone has been complaining but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is being done. We have asked for compensation for not being given what we have paid for but the OWNER/OWNERS refuse to even address the situation with customers,.They are claiming that they are waiting for a special part from China , the amount of money spent every day would be more than enough to buy and install a brand new water heater and they say 2 of the 3 water heaters that service the hotel are broken.. According to website reviews this seems to be a common occurrence with this hotel. I am in **** working and the company I work for doesn't pay enough to move because all reasonably priced and reasonable distance motels/hotels are at capacity .WE are paying for services but are only receiving partial services and the owners WILL NOT acknowledge this fact and make adjustments for a remedy.

    Woodspring hotel ****
    The front desk work told me that she cancelled my reservation without me knowing and now they are refusing to refund my money for the stay. I have been going back and forth with this company one group saying I shouldn't be changed for that stay and I was over changed for the stay. My apartment complex paid for us to stay in the hotel for remodeling. They GM act like he don't know what he doing. He told me to call the reservation line back so I do and I guess he got mad and refusing my refund. I don't know who to contact about this matter because I have tried everything. Also they are running a bad business. The phones in the rooms don't work, the key card reader half way work. On Nov 7th or 8th I was locked out the hotel for an hour and 10 minutes. Roaches everywhere. I could go no. Somebody needs to do a pop up on them. When I was there the fire department showed up twice and not once did they come door to door to tell be the building had a fire in one of the rooms. No call because the phones don't work.
