    Bland Landscaping services the common areas in my neighborhood. They are using unsupervised non English speaking labor. This is concerning as I caught one of their guys cutting and pulling on my Fig tree in my back yard adjacent to the common area. I tried to stop him but could not communicate with him. I have concern that he may be Illegally in our country. They are telling me they have no idea who from their company it could have been and deny any wrong doing. The culprit actually came back another day and took pictures and they still deny it. I want homeland security to get involved and will be reaching out to them.

    Bland Landscaping is consistently causing damage to my lawn and landscaping. It has gotten so bad I cannot allow them on my property. I live in the Villages at ************* and more and more residents are choosing to deny Bland access to their property. Even though I requested Bland Landscaping cease landscaping my property weeks ago, they managed to get into my yard and trampled my flowers and cut flowers that were grown to fill bare spots in ******. Previously they caused bare spots and ruts in my lawn using oversized lawn mowing equipment.

    Mr ********* lives in a community where we maintain the areas surrounding the homes including pruning and mowing their personal yards as part of an agreement with his HOA. We provide the option to be on a 'no mow' or 'no prune' list for residences that do not wish to have the services provided by the community performed on their property. We mowed Mr. ********* rear yard before being taken off the mowing list and have not moved the yard since he asked us to no longer service. We use the correct size mowers that were agreed to as part of our scope of services when performing all services.We also have Mr ********* on the do not prune list at his request. The area he is referring to being pruned after he requested not to be is an area we believe is a shared community hedge according to our maps. We will revisit the designated area with the community manager to determine if they are ok with the shared hedge not being pruned. We must follow their guidance on pruning ****** that belong to the community itself.We have met with Mr. ********* regarding his concerns prior to this complaint and will continue to work with Mr ********* and the community on provided the contracted services we have agreed to. We value our relationship with ****** Landing and its residents.
