    I ordered a job from him and was not happy with it, so I wrote him a negative yelp review, which was completely truthful about my experience.Normally, I assume this would be the end of it but he continued contacting me after I repeatedly asked him to stop. And finally threatened me with legal action (I have no idea what I may be guilty of in his mind).Again, the quality of his work is poor and the amount he charge for it was ridiculous but that is not the point. It is that he attempted to bully me after the transaction was finished is what is beyond bounds. Others need to know to steer clear.

    The client contacted us to cut a quarter acre yard, and state the grass had "grown to about 6" and said "it's not too bad." We were able to schedule him for the end of the week, and came out on Saturday since he did not want to be fined by the **** He agreed to our standard labor rate of $79/hour.


    The team called the client when onsite. The yard was actually overgrown brush and weeds (see photos,) in some areas up to the fuel tank on the mower. After attempting to reach him, they proceeded to clean up the property. The machines shut off multiple times and wore out the blades, which impeded their remaining properties for the day.


    We attempted to reach him on several occasions after service, though he alleges communication was poor. All of our calls went straight to voicemail. We sent him a bill for our services. He texted the staff member "fuck off," and threatened us with a bad review for attempting to collect payment. 


    After a struggle, the bill was paid and he wrote three separate reviews on our company. 


    We feel he attempted to defraud our team, and threatened us with a bad review when it came time to pay. We were never able to get in touch with **************. ************** stated that I personally was rude over the phone; however, he never picked up my call, so I did not have to opportunity to speak with him. I would urge other contractors to collect payment upfront from client's they have not met.

    Paid Apex Lawn Company $425.00 To do some lawn work- the work was to be done in March- paid in advance for scalping fertilizing and plugging of lawn. Have made repeated attempts to contact the company and in particular a ***** who works there or owns the company. I can not get a response as to the status of this job and it is now April 29- no text, or phone or e mail response - I believe the company has stolen my money and I will never hear from them. I would like my money returned.

    I made an initial payment for two months of bi-weekly lawn service in the amount of $276.71 in early November. Per my service contract, the service was supposed to start in November. My check has been cashed, but I have not been provided with any service. The company has not responded to multiple emails and calls to resolve this issue. I have also requested a refund at this point.
