    I had the absolute worst experience at this oil changing business! I took my truck in for a simple oil change, but when I got it back, I noticed oil leaking all over my driveway. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the oil s**** on my oil pan had NOT BEEN TIGHTENED BACK ON! How could they forget something so basic and important?!When I went back to the shop to have them fix their mistake, I had to argue for them to top off the oil. 3 quarts!About 3 days ago I looked under the hood to add window washer fluid and noticed my oil cap was MISSING. I go back this morning and the Hispanic manager by the name of **** (spelling of name may be incorrect) had the audacity to tell me that they lost my oil cap and would not replace it. Not only did he not take responsibility for his staffs mistake, but he also expected me to pay for their incompetence! The cap costs $20 for a replacement. Ill do it myself. Its not going to make or break me, but its the principle.As a small business owner, I am very hesitant on leaving negative reviews for the sake of supporting local businesses, but this is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. I will never go back to this business again and will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid it at all costs. It's a shame that I had to learn this ****** the hard way, but I hope others can avoid the same headache I had to deal with. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and steer clear of this oil changing business. Unfortunately I cant post a photo but I do have one of my truck sitting on their parking lot with a hood up, showing the missing Cap and their business.
