a couple of years ago, I hired Designer Floors to put a new floor in my kitchen. Now the floor is loose under the tile, and the strip going from the foyer to the kitchen has completely come loose. I contacted the store and ******** the owner came over and inspected the floor. He said he would have someone come out. That was in February. I have tried to call them at least a half dozen times and they do not ever answer the phone nor call me back. I have been in the store when the phone rang and ******** and his mother just sit there, look at one another and just don't respond. A very poor way to run a business I would say.

Very sorry for the miscommunication, we are short staffed and are rarely in the office outside of appointments. We will repair the loose transition from the kitchen to the hallway this week. In regards to the flooring and subfloor, upon inspection in February It is my opinion that the subfloor has been damaged in some way. I suspect water damage as there is a noticeable soft spot that compresses when stepped on. The area is directly in front of the dishwasher which leads me to believe there may be a small leak or some other moisture related issue.
