  Job not completed. Repairs left unfinished even though I sent emails with pictures that my son took of more damage that needed to be repaired to complete the job but no response. Additionally, I received a second quote for other work with no pictures whereas their first quote had someone come to the house and take many pictures of damage he could see; they were repaired and I paid for them. However, now I still have repairs that need to be completed....I am nowhere with this. Saw company profile on here which includes **** *******, President along with a person I did have contact with throughout this process. Very disappointed.

  J came to my home and discussed the paint job with me. He discussed what would be included (taking down blinds, repairing trim if needed, repairing walls, painting both sides of doors, using more paint on colored walls, etc). He talked to me about a scrubbable matte paint that ******************************* has that matches the description of the ** durable orange can. That evening I received a quote from J that had no mention of ** cashmere paint or a paint different from what we discussed. I therefore assumed that my quote included the paint we discussed. I replied via email saying, Id like to go with the quote. Then they told me the painter who would do the project would like to see the place and out me on the schedule. The painter came to the house and told me that the paint h*** use is ** cashmere, which is different from the quote I agreed to. I was told its $430 more to get the paint job that J and I originally discussed and J originally quoted me for and I agreed to. They said the paint is more expensive. The ******************************* price sheet has the paint I want at $10 more per gallon than the cashmere paint. If they need to charge me $430 more to cover the cost of paint, then that would mean they plan to use 43 gallons of paint in my home. That seems like a lot for a **** sq foot home where only part of the home is being painted.

  We make sure to keep an open line of communication to maintain expectations within any given job as there will be things that come up that are out of our control, and we do not add additional cost on purpose.  That is also why we schedule a meeting to go over the project details with the Project Manager and ******* after the initial estimate to ensure we are covering all bases.  After reviewing the quote and having a discussion with our team, I found the Account Manager who did the estimate did not specify what kind of paint would be used, but only references *******************************. It was decided that you'd prefer Duration, which is why we had to add the additional cost, as it is more expensive. It was ultimately decided amongst the team at Triangle, that the best course of action was to notify you on February 3rd, ********************************************************** finding a company that would better suite your needs.  We would still be happy to do so if needed, and wish you the best of luck in your home improvement journey.

  If you're looking for a good siding replacement company, I highly recommend Triangle Painting & Siding. They are certified installers of ***** ****** siding, which, in my opinion, is the best home siding on the market. It's not the cheapest, but it is the highest quality and lasts the longest out of all the other potential replacement siding options. If you need any paint work done, they can also help in that department. They're highly professional and honest.
