On April 15th 2025 ******* ******* came to my door stating that they were servicing a few people in the area and that he was servicing some other houses on the street. He went on to tell me they could service our house tomorrow for 55 dollars. I was interested as I needed a few things dealt with and 55 dollars was a reasonable price. While speaking with him I realized this was a subscription and I noted the discount fee for early cancelation. I made it clear before signing that I was looking for a single service and that I wouldn't want to continue beyond a month. I asked about the discount and he showed me that he set it to zero and that I wouldn't have a fee. Turns out there was a separate line for 100 dollars that he did not mention and purposefully mislead me. **** rushed me through the process of reading the contract terms and 'summarized' them by leaving these details out. I am not a lawyer but I am aware that contracts signed under false pretenses are not valid, and I'm also aware that there are a multitude of cases of this exact behavior scattered across the reviews of this company.The contract was given under false pretenses however after talking with their service line they refused to budge. If anything they were disappointed that I didn't have a discount applied so they could collect that as well. They told me if I did not pay they would be sending it to collections, threatening me with a hit to my credit.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I am not looking to have a phone call with the business in question here. I have already spoken with their front office and their billing department. If at this point they're willing to remedy the situation, there is nothing standing in their way to do so, they can find my account in their system and expunge the 'owed' amount. I've described what happened in detail there is nothing to talk about. If there are specific details they need they are welcome to leave the details, any details at all on how they intend to resolve this in a voice mail, or even in this message they've sent via BBB. They are welcome to call again. At this point they have called exactly twice, both times simply leaving a message as to who they were, but not addressing the problem directly. Both times they called I was working.

I have been charged monthly for a service I am not receiving. I have called and emailed several times to get someone to come to my home to service it. They either do not show up or they do not perform the service I have asked for. 11/20/2024 they were to finally come to my home and service the inside, they were to call ahead and did not. They came during the rain and serviced the outside and never even let us know they were there. The last 3 times they have come out to service has only been the outside and each time it has been raining. This is not a product that works in the rain. When I call they say they will come back out and they never do. They claim with my plan, they will come out as often as I want. Since June they have only come out 3 times and still they have not serviced my inside! They are in breech of contract. I have tried to cancel, and they say I have to call back in June. I signed a year contract but they are not servicing per the agreement and I want the contract canceled and NO more charges to my credit card.Business Response

My husband is 72 years old. He signed with the pest control company thinking it was a one time thing. Come to find out its for a year. I canceled last month explaining that we do not need a monthly service because we have no bugs. They billed my card anyway and said we cant cancel we MUST keep the service because they will come out and do a treatment anyway. I dont want them anywhere close to my house. I will have to allow this payment because they refuse to refund me. People on ******** have been completely about thid pushy salesman.We live on a fixed income Please help meBusiness Response

The sales person came out to my house on 7/10/2024 and sold me on pest control services. He verbally stated that the contract was for 12 months but if we were unhappy after 3 months we could cancel obligation free. In addition he promised that he could treat for mosquitos at no extra charge. The next few days the service guy comes out and I ask him about the mosquitos and he said ohh no we cant do that its not on your contract. After 3 months of no improvements of pest control I call to cancel my next servicing and my contract as its not what I was expecting. There was no impact on the pests in the house and the main concern of mosquitos is not being treated. Now I am being held to a contract that I never saw with the sales person, that I did not get until 90 days in to my contract as they had my email wrong(See wrong email in attached documents). IF I had seen this document during the sales call I would have asked for my email to be updated. They are refusing to talk to the sales person or uphold the verbal agreement, and are insisting that I have to pay nearly $500 in cancelation fees. I sadly no longer have my conversation with the sales person recorded on my ring camera as we are 90+ days past the original contract start date.I would like to have a call with the sales agent ask him what his verbal agreement was and if he agrees to the 3 month cancelation window, have the verbal contract upheld.Business Response

Door-to-door salesman came by and said their service would be a one time payment of $60. My wife and I scheduled a time for them to come out to spray for bugs and pests. The service tech said it would be $60 today, and another $60 every three months of the services were still needed. My wife and I said we'd see how it goes three months from now. He presented me with an iPad and said something to the effect that my signature acknowledges he'd be spraying chemicals, as well as allowing him access to our home. Didn't really think anything of it. Come August I was billed $60, so I reached out to the company. They informed me of the contract I signed and emailed it to me. This was the first time I had seen this document. Notice my signature is the same three different times, all while signed on an iPad. I double checked with my wife that the original door-to-door sales said it was only a one time payment of $60. No one ever presented this contract to me, and no one ever mentioned a year long contract.Doing some research on the company now, this seems to be an ongoing problem.Business Response
