Hired Davis Roofing after having them come out to do a quote. The leak I paid them to fix is still not fixed. They came out to do the repairs on 10/18/23. Said it was fixed but the first good rain we had I saw that the leak was still there. I reached out to the ******* to let him know 3/27/24 - Sent a picture the leak is still there. This is after they had come and fixed it. The ******* responded back and we had some back and forth communication regarding the leak. Was suppose to come back the following day. When I texted him that morning to see what time he was coming he asked if we could do Monday or Tuesday. I told him I would be out of town and would touch base when I returned. 4/5/24 - Texted him to let him know I was back and to let me know when we could schedule a time for him to come back out. 4/9/24 - Didn't hear back so I texted him again. He apologized and said he would be out around 1:00 the next day. 4/10/24 - It's 3:15pm and I still had not hear from him so I texted him and asked if he was still planning to come. He said he wouldn't be able to make it and can he come on Friday. I said that would be fine.4/22/24 - Said he's sorry, he's been sick, family issues, etc...Can he come Wed. I told him that would be fine but to please let me know if he wasn't going to come when we have a scheduled time. 5/14/24 - Texted ******* to let him know the leak is still there and I sent a picture of the leak. He said as soon as it stops raining he'll be back out. 9/11/24 - Left message for the owner to call me.9/11/24 - ******** called back and said the project manager is coming out but I told her I still needed to speak with the owner and to have him call me. I never received a call.Long story short...the process for the last year has been they will come out, and say it's fixed, we get have a rain and then I can see that it's not fixed. I will let him know and it will get drug out a lot of times for a month or more before they come back. repeat.

Davis Roofing ********* did a repair on 10/17/23 in the amount of $1300.00.  Before the repair was performed, *****, repair technician, advised the customer, ***** *******, that she needed a new roof and if a repair was to be done that Davis Roofing Co. does not warranty any repairs.  Davis Roofing ********* installed a copper valley and new arch shingles, new wood, new counter flashing and the rafters with ice and water shield.  After several months past, Davis received a call from ***** that after the repair was performed the area was still leaking.  On April 3, 2024 ***** tore previous repair out and replaced with EPDM roofing and removed half the valley and entire wall.  At this time new metal for counter flashing was made then installed with more EPDM patches.  A water test was performed by ***** and *** of Davis with water house.  Additional shingles and new wall flashing were installed.  Also installed were new EPDM patches and back sealed along the wall where vinyl meets the roof.  There was no charge to *****.  As a courtesy, Davis Roofing **** did not charge her for the 2nd repair since it was leaking in the same area.  Again, Davis Roofing Co. does not warranty any repairs.  At this time ***** advised ***** that she had a void in the brick and rotten wood but because this is structural and nothing to do with the roof.  Davis Roofing Co. does not do any structural work and when her leak stopped to call a contractor.  The leak stopped for months before she called in again on 9/11/24 to state it was leaking.  She was told to have a contractor come out to fix the structural side of the problem.  Currently, *****, his boss **** and another repairman are awaiting a rain to go out and assess/view the problem to see if the structural side has been taken care of as well as to view our repair.

I am rejecting this response because: I disagree with some of the statements made and feel the overall impression that it gives is not how it really was. I paid them to fix a leak that was not fixed. I need to money back so I can pay someone else to resolve the problem and get the internal damages repaired. I'm concerned the more this drags out the more damage it could be causing, leaving moisture behind the wall and in the attic. Please accept my response/explanation via the attachment.

The vice president of Davis Roofing, **** ******, would like to meet with ***** next Wednesday, November 13th in order to talk with her and inspect repair area.  Mr. ****** is going to bring a different technician with him to inspect.  Please let us know a good time to set up the appointment.  Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:

This cycle is what I'm trying to get away from. I need to get these repairs done so I can move forward with fixing the internal damages and I have lost all trust that you guys will actually fix it. I am open to speaking with the vice president about the details of this situation but feel it's unnecessary to come out and do an assessment if you're doing that to then schedule another repair appointment.

We had a Metal roof put on by Davis Roofing 04/2022 since that time we have had nothing but problems with a leak in the roof, they came out once and said it was fixed, but now it has got worse not only is it showing on our ceiling the rafters have gotten wet, we have made 6 calls to them over a 3 month span and left voice mails, I even sent an email requesting repairs on their website, no one called or emailed back . Finally, a person called me back 2 weeks ago and said she would have someone come out. No one has shown up, this is a leak! that continues to leak and has cause damage to the rafters

Davis Roofing *** installed ******************************* roof 5/5/2022.  Davis Roofing *** has been out multiple times and there were no apparent leaks.  We are scheduled to go out 2/23/24 to determine if there is a leak and if so where it is coming from.

Davis Roofing *** had 2 leaders go out to the customers home on a rainy day.  They water tested both areas 5 minutes running water from a water hose and rain.  The leaders of Davis Roofing filmed the entire process and it

was determined there are no current leaks showing.  Davis Roofing will be going back out to the property 1 more time in the future while it is raining to double check.  Again no active leaks for this metal roof.
